Masoomeh Hilal’s design journey is shaped by places, cultures, and the stories they hold. Born and raised in Pakistan and having called Dubai home for over 20 years, her personal and professional life is deeply rooted in a city that thrives on diversity, ambition, and creative evolution. It is here that her family grew, and where her design voice found clarity and confidence.
Having lived and worked across Pakistan, the Middle East, and China, Masoomeh developed a global perspective that continues to inform her work. Each place, rich in history and cultural expression, has instilled in her a deep appreciation for authenticity and a belief that meaningful design must carry a sense of time, place, and soul. Travel remains an essential source of inspiration through architecture, interiors, art, and the quiet details of everyday life that give spaces their character.
Guided by curiosity and a lifelong connection to art and design, Masoomeh began with a background in Textile Design, where she developed a deep appreciation for materiality and craftsmanship, later expanding her practice through Interior Design to create cohesive, considered spaces. After some years of experience collaborating with respected designers, MH Design was founded.
At MH Design, Masoomeh leads with intention and integrity. Each project is approached as a personal narrative carefully layered, timeless in spirit, and reflective of the people it is created for. Working with her is not simply about design, but about shaping environments that feel authentic, enduring, and quietly elegant.

Raquel Melo Figuiredo
Senior Interior Architect & Project Manager
Meet Raquel, our talented architect from Portugal with six years of professional experience and a lifelong passion for interior design. Since her teenage years, Raquel has been captivated by the art of creating spaces that tell compelling, poetic stories. Each project she undertakes is a unique narrative, carefully crafted to resonate deeply with its users.
Recently, Raquel traded Portugal’s scenic views for Dubai’s dynamic skyline, bringing her innovative design ideas to our projects. When she’s not shaping inspiring spaces, Raquel can be found indulging her love for travel and photography, always on the lookout for new sources of inspiration. Whether exploring hidden gems or capturing the perfect shot, Raquel’s adventures fuel her creativity and enrich her design approach.
Thais Machado
Senior Interior Architect & Project Manager
Thaís is a Brazilian Interior Architect with a background in civil engineering and over seven years of experience. Known for her refined spatial sensibility, she brings a thoughtful balance of beauty and functionality to every project, blending form and purpose with personal expression.
Now based in Dubai, her multicultural background and international experience inform a fresh, creative approach rooted in both aesthetics and technical expertise. Outside the studio, Thaís finds inspiration in travel, curated details, and meaningful conversations believing that well-designed spaces can elevate how we live and connect.
Vridhi Gurbani
Junior Interior Designer
Vridhi is a newcomer in the design world, with 2 years of work experience. Interior and spatial design channels her drive to conceptualize spaces in line with her lifetime love of art, culture, and creativity.
For her, understanding spatial requirements and then curating designs feels like putting a puzzle together. She believes in making a project as personalized to her, as it is to the clients.
Outside of work, she continues to be fascinated with exploring spaces; cafe hopping, trying new cuisines, and letting some steam off playing badminton.
Yaseen Keyakandiyil
Architectural Draftsman & Site Supervisor
Yaseen, is our go-to Architectural Draftsman with over 7 years of experience and a knack for turning complex technical drawings into masterpieces. His love for architecture goes beyond the blueprints—he’s fascinated by how design can shape our thoughts and perceptions, making every space not just functional but also truly transformative.
When Yaseen isn’t busy overseeing project execution, you’ll find him indulging in his passions for photography and travel. Whether he’s snapping the perfect shot or exploring new corners of the world, these adventures fuel his creativity and keep his design perspective fresh and exciting. For Yaseen, every project is a new opportunity to blend his architectural expertise with his love for discovering and capturing the beauty around him.

Administrative Coordinator
With over eight years of experience in administrative support, Carla is a vital part of our team, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Known for her reliability, attention to detail, and composure under pressure, she brings strong organizational skills to every task—from coordinating schedules and managing documentation to streamlining communication.
Her background in fast-paced industries has sharpened her problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset. Outside the office, Carla enjoys quality time with her husband and daughter. Her professionalism, dedication, and warm presence make her an invaluable asset to the team.
