Terms & Conditions
- The Designs provided by Masoomeh Hilal Design Services EST are as recommendation only. Masoomeh Hilal Design Services EST will provide details of all items but cannot be responsible for price changes, stock issues and accuracy of information.
- Masoomeh Hilal Design Services EST reserves the right to cancel orders and refund the client should the need/event arise.
- All orders needed to be confirmed via email followed by a payment.
- It is the responsibility of the client to ensure access to the property to enable the Designer to complete the scope of works including access for third party vendors & suppliers during normal business hours.
- Masoomeh Hilal Design Services EST's drawings are conceptual in nature and are for Design purposes only; they are not to be used for architectural or engineering purposes.
- Masoomeh Hilal Design Services EST provides Interior Design Services – we are not a general contractor. Any issue regarding construction elements must be discussed directly between the property owner and his/her contractor.
- Client shall not alter or change the time frame, in case there is a need for the same, Client shall duly notify Designer and shall incur the costs/fee due to alteration in time frame which shall be advised by Designer at such instance.
- Client shall clear the payments of all the vendors and contractors directly within 5 days of receiving the invoice from them, any such delays shall cause Designer to hold the services until the same are cleared.
- Client shall provide the Designer with funds or direct bank transfer to the vendor to purchase items on their behalf.
- The Parties shall interact with each other via written communication.
- The working hours for the Designer are Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM and Designer shall not be obliged to work during weekends or public holidays unless mutually agreed otherwise.
- The Designer reserves the right to use any and all materials, pictures and other documents produced by the Designer for marketing purposes.
- The Designer shall ensure that all warranties/guarantees for items (that provide warranty & guarantees) ordered and procured shall be available to the client.
- All works performed by the Designer hereunder shall be compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and shall not in any manner be of a type and or nature that are incompatible with civil works at and design of the property/site.
- Either of the Parties may Terminate this agreement with a 30-day notice, clearly stating the reason for such Termination. In case the Client is unprofessional and offensive towards the Designer or any of its associates and vendors or vice versa, the Designer has the right to immediately terminate this agreement without any notice.
- Termination of the contract will still hold the Client responsible for its on-going obligations towards the vendors/contractors and to clear pending payments of deliverable, or furniture and accessories that are due to be received, or which had been ordered prior to the termination, but are to be received post termination or already received but not paid for.
- In case of termination of Contract for whatever so reason, all payments made to Masoomeh Hilal Design Services EST as part of design fee will be non-refundable.
- Any additional work outside the agreed scope of works will be charged on an hourly rate of AED 650 and invoiced weekly.
